Thiensville, WI | Roof Renovation Project at Calvary Lutheran Church

All Secure Roofing installed a new roof on the Calvary Lutheran Church located in Thiensville, WI. The old roof was aged and worn. (See the before and after pictures below.)

During the renovation project, All Secure Roofing installed 90 squares of the Marlarkey Windsor® designer 50 year shingles. These shingles feature a unique open-tab design for the distinctive look of a traditional cedar shake roof. The elegant, heavyweight shingles offer high performance impact resistance and protection from algae staining. The color used was Heather.

Mequon, WI | Roof Renovation Project at Donges Bay

All Secure Roofing installed a new roof on the Donges Bay Elementary School located in Mequon, WI during their renovation project that was completed in the fall of 2016. The old roof was aged and worn. (See the before and after pictures below.)

During the renovation project, All Secure Roofing installed 125 squares of Single-Width Shake DaVinci composite roofing tiles. These durable composite roofing tiles were inspired by the natural beauty of cedar shake roofs and slate roof shingles. The color chosen for this project was Mountain-VariBlend.

DaVinci Shake synthetic roofing tiles:

  • Are made of a non-porous material, that won’t absorb water which can lead to freeze/thaw issues
  • Are made with state-of-the-art UV and color stabilizers for color fade resistance
  • Resist curling, cracking, fading, mold, algae, fungus and insects
  • Have approximately 1/2 the lifetime cost of natural shake
  • Have a Class A fire rating
  • Are 110 MPH Wind resistance

Elk Mound, WI Re-Roof

Elk Mound, Re-Roof | Before

This roof was installed in 1996 (16 years ago). The original builder (not All Secure Roofing) used CertainTeed Shingles. The roof was leaking and had noticeable wear and tear. A lawsuit settlement determined that the organic roofing shingles manufactured by CertainTeed Corporation, from July 1, 1987 through 2005 were defective and failed to perform as promised when installed on buildings located in the United States and Canada. Elk Mound Re-Roof | After

All Secure Roofing installed the roof on this home in Elk Mound, WI. The CertainTeed shingles were removed and Biltmore Architectural Shingles were installed. This project took two days. The area was completely cleaned up and restored to its original condition. The homeowners were completely satisfied with the workmanship!
