All Secure Roofing installed a new roof on the Donges Bay Elementary School located in Mequon, WI during their renovation project that was completed in the fall of 2016. The old roof was aged and worn. (See the before and after pictures below.)
During the renovation project, All Secure Roofing installed 125 squares of Single-Width Shake DaVinci composite roofing tiles. These durable composite roofing tiles were inspired by the natural beauty of cedar shake roofs and slate roof shingles. The color chosen for this project was Mountain-VariBlend.
DaVinci Shake synthetic roofing tiles:
- Are made of a non-porous material, that won’t absorb water which can lead to freeze/thaw issues
- Are made with state-of-the-art UV and color stabilizers for color fade resistance
- Resist curling, cracking, fading, mold, algae, fungus and insects
- Have approximately 1/2 the lifetime cost of natural shake
- Have a Class A fire rating
- AreĀ 110 MPH Wind resistance
